Where We ship
We ship within the 50 United States, Canada and Mexico.
Shipping Costs & Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. USPS is the default shipping option, but we also offer UPS and Fedex, depending on the product and location. We don't offer expedited shipping at this time.
PlayCleanGo® Boot Brush Stations are available in the United States only. We offer flat rates shipping fees on these, as follows:
- Flat rate of $49 per order for contiguous 48 states
- Flat rate of $350 per order for Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping Times
Most items typically ship from our warehouse or vendor within 2 business days, via standard USPS or UPS. Once the carrier receives the package, it can take 5-10 business days to deliver to your home, depending on your location and other factors such as holidays or weather.
Boot Brush Stations are customized to your specifications and typically require 6-10 weeks for production and shipping.
For printed products, such as apparel, mugs, totes, etc, please allow 3-5 days for printing and 5-10 days for shipping.
Due to high demand, our Buckthorn Blaster® products may take longer to ship.
Please note that items may arrive in separate shipments, either from our warehouse or our manufacturer.
Order Changes
We do our best to ship as soon as possible after placing your order; as a result we are not able to make changes to your order or shipping address once your order is in processing.
Additional Fees and Duties
For our international friends in Canada and Mexico, please note that you may be assessed additional taxes and duties. These are out of our control and your responsibility.
